Why is the screen of my BFA dark with no illumination?
If the screen on your BFA is not illuminated, then it may not be getting power. Check the on.off button, the power connections, or change the power cord. |

Why is the screen of my BFA illuminated but completely blank?
If the screen of your BFA is illuminated but completely blank, then you may have to adjust the brightness and contrast controls on the back of your device. |

Why is my BFA silent during the exams?
If your BFA is not making any noise or is silent during any exams, then you may need to adjust the volume control on the back of the device |

Why can’t I enter the correct date on my BFA?
If your BFA won’t allow you to enter the correct date or birth date, then try entering the by switching the month and date around as follows:
02-21-1970 = 21-02-1970 Some Blood Flow Analyzers were made to accept the day first, then the month when entering a date. If switching around the month and date does not solve this problem, then you may need to reset your BFA. Please contact Technical Support for reset instructions.

How can I reset my BFA?
Simply resetting the device can solve most problems that are encountered by BFA users. If you reset your device, it is important to remember that you must also check all the settings in the “set-up” menu.
