“Paradigm held a special shareholders meeting on December 18, 2009 at its new facility. The purpose of the meeting was to present the results of the shareholders proxy votes on two proposals presented and supported by the Paradigm Board of Directors. The first proposal was to change the par value from .001/share to .0001/share. Shareholders approved this proposal. The second was to increase the authorized shares from 1.4 Billion shares to 28 Billion shares. This proposal was also approved by the shareholders.
